It was an overnight trip to make memories with my elderly mother who is about to enter a nursing home. We were grateful for the consideration and encouragement of the staff when moving around. In particular, during dinner, my mother was unable to finish the full course meal and halfway through she said "I can't eat any more, thank you for the meal" as she was served. However, the staff member, although young, subtly and skillfully accepted her and kindly encouraged her, which we were very grateful for and impressed. We felt that the service was very pleasant.

未住過這些老屋真的可以一試，是很好的體驗，職員有禮服務很好，房間很整潔及隔音很好，房內有指南教你如何穿浴衣及有關禮儀，浸浴後有飲品或雪糕提供，晚餐美味，附近街道很寧靜舒服。唯一失望是室外池太小了，多二個人便感到不自在，另外，房間被褥內的絲棉已流失很多，中間地方只剩下被套一層，再冷的天氣就不夠暖了，酒店方面要注意呢。

レトロ感満載
中庭が素敵で清々しい感じで滞在出来ました。街並みもレトロ感があって散歩も気持ち良かったです。
残念なのは天気でした。星を観に行ったのですが生憎の曇り空で見えず。
でも又行きたいと思います。
ホテルはのんびり出来て良かったです。

従業員の方が親切でした
夕方の閉店が早い施設が多いため、チェックインの際に夕方以降も開いているお店を教えてくださったのがありがたかったです。
お部屋の出入り口付近に蜘蛛の巣のようなホコリが少しあるのが気になりました。
また、朝食の際などは人手不足なのか呼ばないと案内の方がいない状態でした。
でる時も声をかけていいのか、お忙しいなら黙って出ていった方がいいのか少し気を使ってしまいました。
